does the prostrap work for backhands?

Yes, The Prostrap most definitely works on the backhand groundstroke. It is an excellent swing trainer for both the forehand and the backhand. As seen on the instructions page, just size down a cord or two until you find the right length for your swing.

does the prostrap work for volleys?

Yes, The Prostrap is a great tennis teaching tool for volleys as well! Similarly to the backhand, find a shorter cord and use it to stay tighter with your form. Videos are coming soon!

does the prostrap work for serves?

Unfortunately, the serve and the overhead are the shots that The Prostrap does not work for. However, we’re working on something new. Stay tuned!

Can you rally with the prostrap?

You can, but it is difficult due to the variance of the bounce during a rally. The Prostrap is most effective when used in a controlled tennis coaching or tennis training situation, such as a feed or drop feed.
