3. CHOOSING YOUR CORD

  • Each bag comes with 4 different length cords, all 1 inch apart.

  • From shortest to longest: Yellow, Red, Blue, and Green.

  • There is no specific cord for any swing; every arm length is different.

  • Experiment with different lengths until you find the exact tension that forces your arms to act as a single, connected unit without restricting your natural swing path.

The ProCuffs isolate your upper-body mechanics. By forcing the non-dominant arm to work in perfect sync with the hitting arm, you eliminate energy leaks and maximize rotational power.

  1. PULL TENSION FOR THE UNIT TURN

    • Lock the Unit Turn. As you initiate the backswing, the tension cord forces your non-dominant arm across your body. This guarantees a full, coiled shoulder turn before contact.

  2. MAINTAIN TENSION THROUGH SWING

    • MAINTAIN ROTATIONAL TENSION: Do not let the cord go slack. Maintaining absolute tension throughout the swing forces your shoulders to rotate in unison, transferring power from your core directly into the racket. END WITH THE HANDS TOGETHER.

    • THE KINEMATIC FINISH: Accelerate through the ball and finish the swing by bringing both hands together. This dictates a consistent, disciplined endpoint and prevents the non-dominant arm from flying open prematurely.
